People are asking us on a regular basis all kinds of questions about our products, the company and the transportpossibilities.

How much time do you need to prepair a purchased order?

Answer: 
We would like our orders in a minimum period of three weeks before the day of loading. Concerning quantities over ten tons for Eastern Europe countries we need a minimum of four weeks.

What is the minimum quantity of a purchased order?

Answer: 
We have a minimum quantity of 1000 kg..

Question: 
How is transport organized? 

Answer: 
For Eastern Europe countries all our customers make arrangements for their own transport. For African countries we make arrangements for container transports

Question:
Who makes the export documents?

Answer:
Wieland is the exporter of the goods and makes all the nesseceary documents. 

Question: 
I would like some samples. What possibilities are there?

Answer: 
Sometimes we make samples of our products but most of the time this is a very expensive way of presenting our products. If you want to have a good impression about the qualities of our products it is common to visit our production place in Holland

What do you sort?

Answer: 
Wieland only sorts the collected goods from Holland.

What are the prizes of the various products?

Answer: 
We have different prizes for each quality and all our prizes are standard. We send pricelists on request.

What are your payment conditions?

Answer: 
Payments can be made by bank or cash on the day of delivery or before.
